What is TOPSoccer? TOPSoccer is designed to bring the enjoyment of learning and playing soccer to boys and girls with special needs. There are many children who deserve the right to enjoy soccer but are left with no place to play within the traditional system. Fall 2024 TOPSoccer Program

US Youth Soccer TOPS (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability.

TOPS is a modified version of the game of soccer, designed to provide opportunities for special needs children ages 6-16. The program is FREE and allows children to take the field with their peers to have fun and grow in fitness and self-esteem. The TOPS program is run by Orange Soccer Association Coaches and Volunteers and will meet one day a week at Booster Park for 1 hour.
